LONG BEACH—May 20, 2009 - Michael Derk, Senior Director of Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation (MMCC), will discuss  getting the best loans for investment deals at the Long Beach Commercial Real Estate Council (LBCREC.com) on June 5, 2009 at the Grand, 4101 E. About Michael Derk
A New York native, Michael Derk graduated from St. Bonaventure University in New York with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance. After moving to the West Coast, he continued his studies earning a graduate degree in real estate from UCLA. During the course of his studies, he went abroad and studied at the prestigious Oxford University in England. Additionally, Michael holds a sales license from the California Department of Real Estate and is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association.
