Long Beach Commercial Real Estate Council (LBCREC) is a non-profit community development and brokerage organization that has served the City of Long Beach since 1993. LBCREC was designed to develop and grow relationships among the commercial brokerage community. We utilize networking events to maximize our efficiency in the marketplace.
LBCREC is made up of professionals in the commercial real estate business that have passion for their community and the desire to succeed. Our members represent a wide variety of Long Beach's finest, including real estate brokerage, title insurance, escrow, construction, property management, asset management, appraisal, design, consulting, development and city government.
